FAKE FB HELP??? could she get arrested? best answer= 10 points.?

My best ever friend made a fake fb. She used this girls photos and then deleted the account cos she learnt how wrong it was. She removed the photos and stuff, but oops too late i'd already found out. I forgave her and we always laugh about it now. she asked me if i ever did find the real persons fb, would i inbox them. i laughed and said would I heck, but last night i did find who the photos belong to. me and my best friend are going on holiday with each other for christmas, we've got loads planned for the future and im scared that if I do decide to inbox the real person, they will take it to the police and my friend wil be arrested, what would the police do+would should I do?? :/
