Windows 7 boot mcr startup issues?

I downloaded a movie (bittorrent) and I think I got a virus and when I tried to play the movie my cpu restarted and this dreaded boot mcr ctrl alt del to restart thing kept popping up at startup and my cpu wouldnt boot. So I put my recoery disk in and choose the insall a new copy of winows (I think I shoulve pick repair startup). So my cpu was in the process of the install but my power in my went off due to the rain and my cpu shut off as it was plugged in without the battery in the laptop. So when I started the cpu, same thing boot mcr ctrl alt del to restart. Now the recovery disk doesnt even work when I restart. I tried pressing f12 and f2 boot from cd, but it aint working. Please help thanks!!
