What is your favourite concert ever?
Emilie Autumn at Wolverhampton Civic Hall. Not my favourite artist by any means, and a tiny venue, but for sheer stage presence you could not beat it. She had a trip of scantily-clad gothic dancers - not my usual things by any means - and the four of them had such incredible stage chemistry. They were flirting, kissing, dancing, etc. There were circus tricks, fire eating, and they had actual teapots on stage. I'm not describing it very well, but never have I come out of a concert feeling more impressed. And for a relatively-unknown violinist/singer in a small venue in an unpopular town, that ir quite a feat.
