I'm moving and can't take my dog with me help?

I saved my havanese(i think) dog from my cousins cos they were about to call animal control to come take the dog. I had him for about almost ten months now. But my family is moving(i'm 15) to a duplex. We currently have 3 dogs. Well we had to take in my sister's chihuahua puppy until she finds a house. My mom wants to keep our other puppy(poodle mix) because he's more obedient. Our havanese is isn't obedient at all. My mom wants to give him away! my cousins had a cousin that wanted the dog but now she forgot who wants it(stupid right?). What do I do? I have to listen to my mom ):
