What's wrong in this predicament?

my friend asked me for help with her relationship. now, i got these two together to start off with. and for 'helping' her, i have supposedly screwed up heir relationship. when she has said the L word. i told her to stop saying sorry and she called me a f*ked up liar and to get out her life for good. is it really my fault? i mean, i might as well go out with this guy cos i told her what to say and all. but is it my fault that she screwed it up?
