Has the relationship ended?

He got so mad at me cos my ex contacted me telling me about his new car that he didn't contact me for 3 days. I can't be bothered cos my ex and I have nothing for each other, and I think my boyfriend is being so childish. Should I consider things have ended? Maybe start removing my relationship status on Facebook?
