How can I get over this obsession?

I have a HUGE obsession with Mikey Way of MCR (My Chemical Romance) and I need help. This started as a dumb crush but in a matter of 2 months, it became an unhealthy obsession. I find myself saying things like" Mikey wouldn't eat that, so neither will I." and "I can't wear that. Mikey would hate me!" Please HELP!!!
