How do you transfer a save file from my psx4droid emulator on my phone to my epsxe emulator on my computer?

I have tried going to the .psx4droid folder and taking the mcd001.mcr file and renaming it epsxe000.mcr and epsxe001.mcr and dropping it in the sstate folder in espxe and also in the memcard folder but to no avail I dont know what to do please help???
