I'm not bothered but Puberty or no Puberty?

i'm 13 soon and i'm in year 8. My friends have hit puberty but i don't think i have. Well i just say some possible signs.- i have spots, my voice squeaks at times, i have a bushy pubic area but the reason i don't think I have cos i have no armpit hair unlike anyone else I know but i don't care. It's just a question. oh and i have some probably pubic hairs around my upper lip cos they're black
