I'ved stopped eating?
Eventually your biological hunger will set in, and you'll eat everything in sight, and your bodies survival instincts will kick in and slow your metabolism, making you very tired, and your body will store as many calories as it can as fat, in case the food stops coming again, and you'll start the vicious cycle of yo yo dieting..Start eating...every two to three hours right up 'till an hour before bed, even if your not hungry. Eat breakfast within an hour of waking and make sure to get a serving of protein in with ever traditional meal (brkfst, lunch, dinnr). The cigarettes, and coffee have cut off your appetite, which is why you're not hungry, that doesnt mean you dont need food.
