Please i need your sincere advise.?

am a secondary school graduate and am seeking admission in one of the universities in my country and i want to study medicine and surgery but i found out that i can stand the sight of deep cuts and i easily get scared do i stand a chance,what can i do cos i've done the matriculation examination and there a chance to change the course b4 the final screening and i can only change to courses like pharmacy and other health related courses.
